We have reduced the number of FastQC warnings and errors that we display in VarSome Clinical.

This reduces the visual noise and aims to alert you only when the FastQC report contains something unusual.

For a full explanation on how we decide when to display an error or a warning badge please refer to our user manual. 

You still have access to the full FastQC report as usual.
