Version 13.4.1 of VarSome and VarSome Clinical was released on 15 May 2025 to address minor performance issues:

• Resolved an issue where phenotypes added to an analysis were not displayed in the 'Sample Phenotype(s)' section, even though they appeared in the 'Analyses' tab. This fix ensures phenotype data is now consistently shown across all relevant sections of the platform.
• Improved phenotype selection logic to prevent re-adding already assigned phenotypes to an analysis. Users will now receive appropriate warnings to avoid redundancy and ensure better traceability of past actions.
• 'Tumor type' is no longer mandatory when defining somatic samples. Users may now leave this field blank.
