CPIC integrated in VarSome Clinical

Recently, a new addition has been made in our VarSome Clinical platform. CPIC (Clinical Pharmacogenetics Implementation Consortium) has been added, further enriching the list of drug-related resources integrated in VarSome Clinical. 

CPIC aggregates detailed, freely available, evidence-based gene/drug clinical practice guidelines which are curated, peer-reviewed, and updated, in order to address the barrier to clinical implementation of pharmacogenetic tests.

The CPIC table is located in the Genes tab, right next to the variant table. It contains the available Guidelines for specific gene-drug combinations and provides the supporting levels of evidence and the related publication(s). The levels are subject to change as more information and in-depth review of evidence is performed for a given combination.
