Version 13.7.3 of VarSome and VarSome Clinical was released on 17 July 2025 to address minor performance issues:

• The zygosity tooltip for multi-sample analyses now displays complete information.

• Downloading the 'Coding coverage report' for multi-sample analyses has been fixed.

• Resolved an issue where the same variant could be labeled multiple times as 'Likely artefact (VarSome)'.

• Corrected the display of warnings for samples with extremely low coverage in the user messages interface.

• Fixed a minor issue preventing access to alignment from IGV for samples used in CNV analysis.

• The imprinted genes algorithmic filter can now be run with the 'pathogenic_only' option set to 'False'.

Version 13.7.2 of VarSome and VarSome Clinical was released on 26 June 2025 to address minor performance issues:

• Fixed an issue where mitochondrial variants could be incorrectly excluded from the final output when merging input VCF files (germline and somatic).

• Variants are now retained if detected in any input file (germline or somatic), ensuring no valid variants are lost.

• PASS/FAIL filtering is now performed per sample before merging, rather than globally.

• Per-sample flags are now correctly preserved in the output.

• In cases where both germline and somatic calls exist for the same variant and sample, the somatic call now takes precedence.

• Fixed a crash that occurred during mitochondrial variant merging in the preprocess step following the implementation of per-sample attribute checks.

Version 13.7.0 of VarSome and VarSome Clinical was released on 26 June 2025.
