New Quality Control display notifications

VarSome Clinical includes many FASTQ and Quality Control reports. 

We are introducing a new display to highlight quality issues related to input data and ensure issues cannot be missed.

The display consists of badges of different colors depending on the issue severity: errors (red), warnings (amber), and information (blue). 

The badges are visible from the Samples / Dashboard view, under the analysis name:

The badges are also displayed in the analysis results table:

The user can click on the badges to see a description of each message:

The group supervisor will be able to check which users have seen the description of the messages in the audit trail:

This is the first phase of the user messages implementation and we are including warnings and error messages related to FASTQ quality (fastqc) and alignment issues.

In future releases we will further improve this messaging by adding more checkpoints in different parts of the NGS pipeline.
