This patch includes:

• Fix for running gene list sub-analyses from phenotypes.
• Updates in tumor-normal analysis filtering.
• Fix for the automatic execution of the phenotype-based variant prioritization filter when adding phenotypes.
• Technical performance improvements.

Version 12.8.1 of VarSome Clinical was released on December 7 2024, to US and UAE servers.

This release improved platform infrastructure.

Version 12.8.1 of VarSome Clinical was released on December 4 2024, to EU and CH servers.

This patch addresses an issue with downloading coverage reports.

Version 12.8.0 of VarSome Clinical was released on November 30 2024, to EU and CH servers. It will be released to US and UAE servers on December 7 2024.

This release improved platform infrastructure.
