This is a new component that summarises the data from the multiple cancer sample databases VarSome currently supports: ICGC, Cosmic, Cancer Hot-Spots etc, Genomic Data Commons and cBioPortal. Users can quickly see how many samples are found in each database for the current variant as well as the distribution of data for key fields. Individual databases contain more detail however.
Note: Cosmic is only available to users who can evidence that they have the necessary license.
